Electrical Services :-

 

Whether your installations are new, require alterations or need replacing fully we can offer the service to meet your requirements.

 

We provide a full electrical service for Commercial and Industrial clients.  We install most cable types and containment systems to suit the installation and/or our clients needs.

All our commercial work is Certified through our NIC EIC Approved Contractor membership and we are CHAS and Safe Contractor members for your peace of mind.

 

All Domestic installations are registered as required for Part P of the buildings regulations though our NIC EIC Domestic Installer membership, we are also CHAS and Safe Contractor assessed for your peace of mind.

 

Control & Heating Wiring :-

 

If you require new boiler controls or a new system is being installed we can wire it up for you, we have expert knowledge in Combi controls, Y and S plan systems along with others. We also carry out fault finding on the electrical elements on these systems. Or we can install a range of electrical heating products. We can also upgrade your controls to the latest internet based and App control systems to control your heating via tablets and phones to meet your needs.

 

Inspections and Testing :-

 

If you are a Landlord, Business or Property owner you may require a 5 year inspection on your fixed wiring (Periodic Inspection or Condition Report as they are now called) to validate your Business insurance, we will be happy to give you a quote.  We are also qualified to carryout PAT testing on your portable appliances.

 

If you are selling, or buying a property or have a change of tenant you may require a periodic inspection or condition report. We would be happy to help, If you have a number of properties we can set up a maintenance plan for testing all you properties at a discounted rate over the year as they are due.

 

EV Car Charge Point installation:-

 

We are Rolec Approved installers and OLEV accredited for charge point installation so we can arrange for your Charge point grant to  help with the cost of your car charge point installation—Terms and conditions Apply and is only available for some Cars please ring for details but at the current time You could claim up to 75%  of the cost of the Charge point socket up to £500  - please ring for details of the current Government Offer.

 

Solar PV Installation -

 

We would be interested in hearing for potential customers Interested in having Domestic or Commercial solar PV installed as we are looking at moving into this area after a couple of enquiries from good customers — so watch this space!

Fire Alarms and Emergency lighting :-

 

We are able to install a new installation or test your existing system

 

Burglar Alarms & Door entry systems:-

 

Although this is not one of our main areas of expertise, we can install a basic domestic alarm system or Door entry system to any building.  Please note that we only install new systems we do not carry out fault finding on existing systems.
